Morro Bay Chardonnay 2009 is Lodi Rules Certified, incorporating a range of sustainable practices for both grape growing and the “surrounding ecosystem.” These included using solar power, recycling all paper/waste/water and wildlife habitat restoration in addition to other green initiatives.
The wine, made in the traditional French Burgundian “Sur Lie” method, is aged seven months in American and French oak and is full bodied with a nose of fresh pineapple.
