Wine of the Week – Franz Keller, Pinot Blanc, Schwarzer Adler 2010

From a vineyard in the south of Germany, the Franz Keller 2010 Pinot Blanc began its journey on small, steep terraces in soil and volcanic ash. The grapes were hand picked. The wine, dry and elegant, has 13 percent alcohol and hints of citrus, almonds and elderberries.
