Gérard Bertrand’s very elegant and crystal clear Gris Blanc 2012 is both dry and fruity with a freshness that pairs well with seafood. Bertrand, a former professional rugby player, offers this light rosé with good minerality and a berry nose. The wine received the Europea Winery of the Year 2011 award. With 12.5 percent alcohol, it comes from Tautavel, Corbières.
