The new ale was aged in almond liqueur casks from Grand Ten Distilling for three months. The creamy ale is 7.4 percent ABV and has a malt profile with “rumminess” on the finish from turbinado sugar.
Only available from the brewery, there is a two bottle (375ml) per person limit to enable more people to have the opportunity to try it. The tasting room is open from 4 to 7:30 Thurs., noon to 7:30 Fri., and Sat. from noon to 6 p.m. Go to http://www.trilliumbrewing.com for more information.
