Serrallés USA and Barrow’s Intense Ginger Liqueur recently announced a long-term, co-operating U.S. sales and marketing partnership. The liqueur is kosher certified and gluten free with bold and as the name declares, intense flavor. It is handcrafted in Brooklyn, NY and uses more than 200 lbs. of fresh ginger per batch with no artificial flavors, colors or preservatives. The distillation process is said to be unique to the ginger category in that it contains only four ingredients: ginger, sugar, cane spirit and filtered water. At 44 Proof, Barrow’s Intense Ginger Liqueur offers a distinct ginger expression.The liqueur is being rolled out in MA and NH this spring from M.S. Walker.
