The 2016 Greater Boston Culinary Competition is right around the corner – coming up March 13, Sunday, at the annual New England Food Show at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center . The 45 minute event is sponsored by Costa Fruit & Produce Company and Paul W. Marks Co., Inc. and features three Boston chefs.
Taking part in the competition are Chef Mitch Brumels, Ocean Prime, Chef Greg Torrech, The Beehive, and Chef Adam Kube, Bastille Kitchen. They’ll battle to create two dishes based around a mystery ingredient, dishing up their own views on their efforts as they work.
The Show takes place March 13-15 with culinary demonstrations, operator-led educational sessions and a wide display of equipment and supplies to meet industry needs. Go to
