MALDEN, MA – The ACF – Epicurean Club meets September 12 at Pearl Street Station here, a restaurant in a more than 100-year-old former railroad station, for a demo and appetizer presentation by Chef Mary Locke, CEC, who is corporate chef for Nestlé/Minors.
The meeting menu includes BBQ sweet Italian sausage, steak tips and boneless chicken breasts accompanied by ziti with marinara sauce, steamed lobster, rice pilaf, tossed garden salad, bread and butter and coffee and tea.
Chef Locke is an industry veteran of more than 30 years and has been on the Nestlé Professional Chef2Chef team working with leading industry brands as she shares ideas and flavors. A big fan of Italian cuisine, she resides in upstate New York’s Finger Lakes region.
