Prova Pizzabar opens in Manhattan
NEW YORK – Donatella Arpaia opens her first upscale, quick service pizzeria, Prova Pizzabar, on the lower concourse at Grand Central Station, teaming up with Italian Master Pizzaolo, Giuseppe Manco. This, she says, is a new kind of pizza, inspired by both Neapolitan and Roman styles.
