J. Alexander’s plans Pennsylvania steakhouse

NASHVILE, TN – J. Alexander’s Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: JAX) recently signing of leases for two new upscale restaurants including a J. Alexander’s in King of Prussia, PA and a Stoney River Steakhouse and Grill in Troy, MI. Both restaurants are currently scheduled to open in 2018.

Lonnie J. Stout, II, president and chief executive officer of J. Alexander’s Holdings, Inc. note that in the Northeast, “we look forward to bringing our first J. Alexander’s to Pennsylvania.” The new J. Alexander’s restaurant will be located at 265 Mall Boulevard across the street from the King of Prussia Mall. Plans call for the restaurant to include approximately 9,800 square feet with seating for more than 220 guests. Approximately 100 full and part time professionals will be employed to operate the new restaurant.

The new establishment will be designed by Shea Architects, Inc., Minneapolis, MN. Known for its wood-fired cuisine, the J. Alexander’s menu will feature a wide selection of American classics – hand-cut steaks, prime rib of beef, fresh seafood and sushi, along with a large assortment of interesting salads, sandwiches and homemade desserts.

Legal Sea Foods announces new concept – Legal Fish Bowl

CAMBRIDGE, MA – Nearly 50 years ago, Legal Sea Foods’ first restaurant opened, a small restaurant that had a simple concept that was ‘all about the fish.’ That philosophy still is the guiding force behind its many restaurants today, and this month, a new fast casual outlet opens in its Legal Sea Foods location in Kendall Square. The menu consists of six signature bowls along with an option to create your own. Check it out April 20th when it officially opens to the public!
