BOSTON – The sixth annual Boston Seafood Festival, set for Sunday, August 13 on the Fish Pier, announces the lineup of chef demonstrations from noon to 4:15 p.m., emceed by Chef Jeff Mushkin, culinary coordinator, Boston Fisheries Foundation.
Participating chefs include:
Chefs will create their dishes incorporating Boston’s finest seafood products on demonstration stages as they entertain and share expert cooking tips and serving samples of their finished items.

The major seafood event of the summer takes over the historic Fish Pier from 11am – 7:00pm.

Proceeds underwrite Boston Seafood Festival and in part support the work of the Boston Fisheries Foundation, a not-for profit organization which preserves and protects the local seafood industry’s long-term viability as well as safeguards the ocean’s present and future natural resources.
