Clos Du Gaimon Vouvray AOP 2015

 

Made from 100 percent Vouvray from the estate of Clos du Gaimont in the area’s top hills, this wine offers notes of apple and citrus with an acidic mineral edge balanced against the sweetness. It’s imported by New York’s Cape Classics.

 

 

Louis Sipp Pinot Blanc Nature’S 2014

 

This fruity Pinot Blanc from Alsace, bottled by Paul Buisse, is fresh and nicely balanced, delivering light fruitiness. It’s imported by Maritime Wine Trading Collective in San Francisco. It’s 12.5 percent alcohol by volume and is made in the far northeast corner of France. It’s green and flinty with hints of apple and citrus
