The Spirit(s) World – Combier USA – Kümmel Liqueur

This sweet (but not too sweet), clear liqueur, Kümmel liqueur is flavored with caraway seeds, cumin and fennel and dates back to the mid-19th century when it delighted British, Dutch, German and Russian elite who loved it for both its aromatic and purportedly medicinal characteristics. Today it remains unchanged and very worth discovering. Refined, elegant and delicious, it is a distinctive spirit that’s excellent all by itself and lends itself to creative cocktail creations.
