Share Valentine Day’s love with Italy’s wines, cheeses and more!

Love Italian Style, a special pre-Boston Wine Expo event from the Italian Trade Commission, takes place from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Seaport Hotel Living Room where Drusian previews its Prosecco DOC with a Sabrage ceremony, opening the bottle with a saber. Several surprise guests will be in attendance.
Lou Di Palo, an Italian cheese “guru”, will be on hand to provide a guided tasting experience featuring specialty cheeses, salumi and special products from the Veneto and Tuscany.
A special guest, Chef Stefano Palermo from New York’s Risotteria Melotti, a restaurant that pays tribute to risotto and other dishes made with rice the family produces in Italy – all gluten free. Chef Stefano will create two special dishes especially for this event.
